Fresh Ginger

One of the easiest ways to peel fresh ginger is with a spoon. I use my scalloped sugar spoon, but you can use any spoon. Try it, you'll love it.

  1. Great idea! I do the same, although I have a nice porcelain ginger grater, I always reach for the spoon! Your scalloped one is pretty, by the way:)
