I would have never thought to use a spoon...Thanks Debbie!! (Now I won't have to worry about a 'slip of the knife')
Great tip, Deb! Love the spoon!
Great tip. Thanks. Laura@ the mansion
We should all have a spoon so cute for ginger scraping! Thanks for the tip Debbie :-)
Debbie, do you think that is Chase from CF??Great tip for ginger lovers..I was just listening to a doc on tv say ginger is good for nausea too.
Thanks for the tip. I've never used fresh ginger. But then again, I don't really cook.
So nice to have such a pretty spoon for using with ginger.
I use a spoon too. Not that my husband knows that because apparently he doesn't like ginger. What does he know anyways.
Great hint. Debbie ... and the ginger is very photogenic. :)
A great tip but an even prettier spoon ;)
Hi Debbie...What a pretty photo of the ginger and beautiful scalloped spoon! Using a spoon to grate the ginger is a great tip! I always see everyone using a grater but I would think that using a spoon would go much faster and also produce chunkier pieces!
