Thanksgiving Favorite: Sweet Potatoes with an Oatmeal Cookie Crumble

Photo source:  How Sweet It Is (Blog)

I happily discovered a delicious blog last October, and made the sweet potatoes with an oatmeal cookie crumble for our Thanksgiving dinner. I always serve a sweet potato dish, and none have compared to the Cinnamon Sugar Hasselback Sweet Potatoes with an oatmeal cookie crumble. They are amazing!!!! If you give these a try, I'd love to know how you like them. Here is the link to the recipe.

  1. Debbie,
The sweet potatoes look so good with the oatmeal cookie crumble on top. For Thanksgiving, I usually make my sweet potatoes with a bit of marshmallows on top. Nel is cooking the dinner at her house this year for the first time as a married lady. I'm anxious to see her table.

    Have a good week ahead.

  2. Oh, I just love your new Header with the snowflakes and the snow falling. It reminds me of Christmas, which is my favorite holiday of all.

  7. These look so tasty! I actually use a similar "crunch" on top of my sweet potato casserole - but it doesn't look as pretty as it does on the sliced potato! And I make regular baked potatoes sliced like this sometimes, drizzling seasoned oil and herbs in the slices!

  8. Your new headers is fabulous! I feel like I am looking out the frosty window!!
I could just eat that topping by the spoonful. What a way to dress up a sweet potato!
