My Newest Kitchen Toy and Merry Christmas!

This cake pan doesn't replace old-fashioned gingerbread house construction but I am loving this cozy holiday cottage. I have a weakness for Nordic Ware pans. I used the Gingerbread Cake recipe that came with the Nordicware pan and my office mates enjoyed it. Served with ginger whipped cream :-) I am thinking that I can make a different flavor cake for a friend that is moving into a new house. Loving this cute pan!

Merry Christmas Blessings to You!

  3. Oh Debbie, great minds think alike! I have a big weakness for Nordic Ware pans too! I just got two while in Miami for the birth of our baby granddaughter. Adorable little ginger bread house, I love this one for cake. I didn't see it, but I got the Xmas wreath one I'm posting a cake right now and the Heritage one I missed out here last time they had it and sold out. I have 7 in total... for now, lol..
Love your cake all snowed out, very cute.
Merry Christmas and many blessings my friend.

  7. Your newest toy made the cutest cake! It reminds me of the cottage in the movie, The Holiday! I loved my mini cottage bundts, which the kids had fun decorating. I'm still finding sprinkles on my kitchen floor!
Merry Christmas Blessings to you and Joe,
