And I just prettied up one of my garden beds, and have three more to do. It felt good to play in the dirt.
Welcome to the 8th annual "Come to the Table" event. This is the fifth year I have attended the fundraising event for the Peacemaker Program, and the tables are designed by creative volunteers. The majority of the tables include service for eight. The Peacemaker Program provides a continuum of services including skill development, dispute resolution programs and child advocacy services through the use of carefully trained volunteers. A great cause! These tables need no further introduction. I know you will enjoy them, and perhaps you can try to pick a favorite.

These are all wonderful, Debbie. Beautiful inspiration.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous tables, Debbie. I think I could be partial to College Bound at this point :)
ReplyDeleteSo many gorgeous tables..so much thought went in to each and everyone. Hard to pick a favorite.
ReplyDeleteLoved the photo of you & Joe at the parade!
Debbie, these are all such pretty tables! I'm a Louisiana girl; so, the Mardi Gras table captured my heart!
ReplyDeleteThere is lots of talent in the tables...all are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteMy sister would die for that Yankee grill!
The Yankees grill and table items received the highest bid!
DeleteWhat a fun event. It's been a couple of years since I've attended a tabletop function like this, but i'm always amazed at the creativity.
ReplyDeleteHi Debbie~ What fun tables full of inspiration! My favorite is Splendor in the Grass :)
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous tables you shared, Debbie. They are all certainly full of inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how to pick a favorite but I did love the ACORN-acopia of thanks. Very clever. ALL of them were terrific!!!! Thanks for shaing them. XO, Pinky
ReplyDeleteThis is my kind of event! I would be there for hours taking in every detail.
ReplyDelete, i have to go back and look at each one! I do see some blue sq bakers I have from Cts in the Santorini table.
Thanks for sharing this and Happy St. Joseph's Day. The whipped cream filling is nice and light and stayed well. Mike just finished them! I made 4 desserts plus ice cream, so he is sugar set for the next few days!
Good Luck picking a winner out of the amazing talented tables! I think there's something to appeal to everyone and any occasion in this selection.
ReplyDeleteI need to seriously rethink how I set my table! ;D
What a beautiful event! Our Church does a Harvest Tea where if you are a Hostess, you decorate a table with a theme, invite 8 guests , provide the food for your guests who pay a fee to attend , It is a great fundraiser for our church. I was doing 3 tables but I cut down to 2 tables.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your visit!
Hugs,
Deb
I love your table scapes, they are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

This looks like a fun event and for a great cause. I know you were in your element surrounded by all those lovely tablescapes. My favorite was the one with the shells. Rhe one with the bright butterfly was fun too!

ReplyDeleteI love that one too!
DeleteBeautiful! come and follow me back
ReplyDeleteHi, Debbie! So is this an event where people pay to come in and see the beautifully-crafted tables? That's a really neat idea! You New Yorkers have the coolest events going on! These are some really creative tables!!! Glad to hear you're enjoying some temperate weather there! Have a great weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Alycia! Yes, there is a charge to attend this fundraiser (I think $3) and then you can bid on the tables. The Yankee table received the highest bid, and it was pretty high! All for a great cause.
