This cake pan doesn't replace old-fashioned gingerbread house construction but I am loving this cozy holiday cottage. I have a weakness for Nordic Ware pans. I used the Gingerbread Cake recipe that came with the Nordicware pan and my office mates enjoyed it. Served with ginger whipped cream :-) I am thinking that I can make a different flavor cake for a friend that is moving into a new house. Loving this cute pan!

DeleteOh Debbie, great minds think alike! I have a big weakness for Nordic Ware pans too! I just got two while in Miami for the birth of our baby granddaughter. Adorable little ginger bread house, I love this one for cake. I didn't see it, but I got the Xmas wreath one I'm posting a cake right now and the Heritage one I missed out here last time they had it and sold out. I have 7 in total... for now, lol..
