Traveling Tote Through The Seasons

Miss Aurora is one lucky tote and if she could talk she would have plenty of stories to tell. No matter where she goes, she has a lot of fun. We have a new member of the Traveling Tote group and are honored that Emily from The French Hutch has joined us. I put together these collages for Emily (and you) so you can see what adventures Miss Aurora and Miss Bella have been on.

Recently Miss Aurora and I did some Easter shopping.
Mr. Mountain Breaths took Miss Bella and me to a sweet  birthday party. Our friend's daughter Lilyanne turned ONE, and I think her parents should have their own TV show on HGTV. The repurposed decor was as good as what I see on TV.

We just got back from Key West where Miss Aurora and Miss Bella enjoyed some Winter Therapy.

When we were in Key West we took a seaplane to the Dry Tortugas National Park. If you've never been there, I highly recommend it.
My non-blogger friends did some traveling with their totes and shared a few photos from their adventures. Colleen with Miss MacKenzie Joy traveled to Maine with a stop in Bethel and Peaks Island. Her final destination was the Pomegranate Inn, an Arty and eclectic boutique Portland Maine inn with an exceptional art collection.
Tami with Miss MC la Mer traveled to Lake Winnebago in Menesha, Wisconsin for a Girls Getaway, went "Stitching" with the girls and went Outlet Shopping with the cousins!

If you would like to be included in a giveaway, leave Rita C @ Panoply a comment (either directly on her blog or by sending her an email mentioning this post) for a chance to win a MacKenzie-Childs Sticky Note Pad and Set of 3 Courtly Check Enamel Herb Pots. Both are just in time for your Spring planning and planting (or for stashing pens & pencils, utensils - you decide)!
A winner will be randomly chosen by March 15, 2016

Hello, I'm Debbie.I enjoy hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the Adirondack Mountains (thus Mountain Breaths). I live in Upstate NY with my supportive husband and have three precious sons..

  1. Hi Debbie, I see you and Miss Aurora have been spending quality time together on your adventures, you two make a great pair! Lovely photos. Thanks for the flash back, I will go visit those adventures. Miss Bella must have enjoyed the birthday party outing, that's always fun. Miss Courtney and I will be doing what you've done already, a little Easter shopping. Wow, you and the girls must have enjoyed the Keys, such a tropical paradise! I know your hubs was the perfect escort. Really looks like a wonderful trip Debbie, I certainly enjoyed the photos. Thanks for sharing it……...

  2. Looks like you've been having fun! At this point in the year the pic with the sunrise (sunset?) is very welcome-enjoy:@)

  3. Debbie, I always love your photos and adventures! We've taken that seaplane trip to Dry Tortugas in Key West - fun! We snorkeled once there, and explored all the nooks and crannies of the island. A great getaway, esp. during winter. :)

  4. A winter getaway in Key West sounds perfect Debbie, especially with your traveling tote! My hubbie suprised me with 2 beautiful McK-Chds pieces for Christmas but a tote is still on my wish list :)

  5. You and Mis Aurora and Miss Bella, along with your sweet soulmate, sure have been getting out and about! I particularly love that pic of you and Joe at the Oldest House and in the mirror! Your winter getaway looks like it was the perfect vacation for fun in the sun! xo

  6. Debbie, I was showing your previous Key West pictures to my husband yesterday, and we were talking about how wonderful it would be to go there. Now, it is definite! We would love the sea plane trip to the National Park! I had such a good laugh at your picture at the Oldest House behind the cutouts! Miss Bella certainly works well with the outfit! I know it is so hard coming back from the south when it is gray and dreary up here. Hopefully our weather will be turning more springlike soon! Linda

    1. Thanks Linda! You won't be disappointed going to Key West. Pretty soon you'll be able to take a side trip to Cuba. That's on our agenda :-)

  7. Debbie, I'm a bit seaside jealous of Miss Aurora. I know I live with more winter sunshine than you two, but a trip to the Keys sounds perfect for a winter break. You and Joe look adorable. Happy Anniversary!
It's fun to see the recap of all of the adventures you and Miss Aurora have taken. That's a fun idea for a post.
Thanks for sharing the beauty of your trips and the look into what your friends and their totes have been up to this winter.

  8. I must find a name for my pocketbook, LOL! Yours gets around for sure. Where did you get the flatware in the last picture with the patriotic things?

    1. Kathleen, perhaps Pottery Barn many years ago? I tried Googling to see if there were any to be found on the internet but came up empty handed. I'm sure your pocketbook goes on many adventures and loves to shop!

  9. Debbie, Miss Aurora and Miss Bella have more exciting lives than I have! Your pictures are lovely. I especially love that one of you in the black and white skirt with the umbrella. Looks like a fashion model. You made me want to take a trip to the beach.

    1. Thank you Laurie! It makes me want to go back to the beach too. LOL

  10. Boy...these two sure get around...:)
    Happy Anniversary......

  11. Those dreamy adventures. I am so jealous! LOL. Miss Aurora and Miss Bella does get around. Looks like a great getaway. I love your tote and everything MC. xo

  12. You and your bags do get around (not referring to your friends, of course - LOL). I love your phone case too! I love how hubby gets into it too :) I already have the herb pots otherwise I'd enter in a heartbeat!

I'm so happy you decided to stop by my blog. Please leave a comment as I enjoy hearing from each and every one of you!
