What shall I serve in these sweet covered bunny dishes? The larger bunny holds about two cups of liquid, and the small one holds one cup. I'm still thinking but you can make suggestions. I'm thinking a vegetable or possibly sweets.

The weather was exceptionally great last week, but this week has been frightful. A cold front with wind swept through our area, and I was worried about the buds on the plants. Last night we covered our azalea bushes that are in bloom about four weeks ahead of schedule. I picked a bouquet of daffodils and hyacinths just in case Mother Nature decided to frost them.
This week I am showing an Easter gift from my mom.
I love bunnies and polka dots! There is no marking on the bunny dishes, but they were purchased in a sweet boutique in Clinton, NY. Some day, we'd like to move to Clinton. Every time I walk, I look for a cozy home to buy ;-)
Coordinating napkin rings that are just too cute for words.
I paired the new bunny collection with last year's white bunny plates from Pottery Barn.

The egg holder was found last year at the Christmas Tree Shoppe and is welcomed to the table because it has polka dots.
I am joining Let's Dish over at Cuisine Kathleen and Tablescape Thursday.
Thank you for stopping by!

Love all your cute Easter decor. The green bunny is a beauty. xo
ReplyDeleteThank you Barbara!
DeleteDEBBIE!!!!! I am still so in love with those bunny plates that I could just eat them up!!!! They are the CUTEST!!! Please ask your Mom to adopt me so that I can get cute stuff like your polka dotted green bunny casseroles. Those ARE casseroles, right? The napkin rings are just perfect, and I like the way they stand up. Gorgeous hemstitched napkins! I finally broke down and invested in a good set last year. I'm so happy I did. They go with so many things and just have a neat, crisp, classic look. It's so hard to believe Easter is just a few days away!!! Enjoy yourself!
ReplyDeleteAlycia, each time you teach one of your wonderful courses, you should treat yourself to a set of the bunny plates ;o)
DeleteThe covered bunny dishes are casseroles, but the small one only holds one cup. The larger bunny holds two cups. I'm thinking of putting dip in the small one and crackers in the larger one. Or perhaps candy in the small one, and a vegetable in the larger one.
