What's cooking in your cauldron? With Halloween coming quick, I made a spider web pizza for our appetizer. I found the idea on the The Domestic Mama site, and there is a short video tutorial. Next time, I will make sure the strings of cheese are thinner so it looks more like a spider web. I'm making some on Halloween for a few of neighborhood kids. They won't even care what the web looks like, and they probably won't eat the spider either.
Here's what you will need:
Pre-made pizza crust (mine were about 7")
Pizza sauce
Can of black olives
String cheese, divided into thin strings
Instructions:
Make three circles of cheese around the pizza crust and join them with lines of cheese (to the edges).
In the middle of the pizza, add a spider made out of black olives. You'll need a head, body and strips for the legs.
I baked mine at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Bone appetit!
