Snowman Cocoa Mix in Mason Jars

 I started making this cocoa mix last year after my friend Colleen shared the recipe. Everyone loves it, including my mom who appreciates getting refills throughout the year. 

I had the Wilton Food Writers on hand, so I used them to draw a snowman face on a marshmallow. There are four markers in the package, and I have the primary colors. To get the orange for the carrot, I dipped the yellow marker into a drop of red food coloring. 

I filled a sandwich size zip loc bag with the cocoa mix and placed it in a mason jar, and then added four marshmallows. I printed instructions on a tag and tied it to the jar. 

16 ounces Nestle Quick

 4 cups confectioners’ sugar

 1-1/2 cups of cremora

 1 box of powdered milk (box that makes 8qts)

Mix together. Use 3-5 tbsp. of cocoa mix ( I use 5 because I like it sweet) to a mug, and add one cup of boiling water. Stir well, and top with a marshmallow or whipped cream and chocolate shavings. This makes a very large amount of mix.

Note:  I bought all my ingredients in bulk at a Mennonite store, and you can use any brand.
