Cuisine Kathleen, retired teacher, asked us if we would like to challenge ourselves and do an all white table for her weekly Let's Dish event. She did not mention extra credit, but I thought perhaps I could earn extra points by inviting her and Mike to our home for dinner. See her name on the Mikasa leaf napkin ring?
Kathleen is the queen of centerpieces. If you look at the creative tables on her blog, you will always see a centerpiece. I used two pillars from Pottery Barn and added some greenery from the garden. My favorite part of the table is the Ginger Scones. They are amazing....well to me anyways. I have been trying to duplicate the ginger scones that I had on Martha's Vineyard in July, and I finally got it right! I'll post the recipe once I copy over my notes.
