Mac Salad

This is our summer mac salad at camp when we expect company. Great for impromptu get togethers. This summer, I have observed our guests taking seconds and thirds.  I toss a box of cooked ditalini macaroni with mayo and one tablespoon of McCormick's Salad Supreme. I don't measure the mayo...I add to taste. I fold in the chopped hard-boiled eggs at the end, and sprinkle more salad seasoning on the top. Refrigerate it for at least four hours. 

Ingredients for macaroni salad:
Hellman's mayo (my preferred mayo), to taste
Ditalini pasta, cooked al dente according to package directions
McCormick's Salad Supreme
One dozen hard boiled eggs - chopped 

Have a good weekend! We are heading to the zoo with Xavier on Saturday, and then to camp.

  4. Your Mac salad looks looks so pretty in that cute dish, Debbie. I love ditalini pasta and haven’t made a macaroni salad in awhile. Thanks for the inspiration. Have fun with Xavier and at camp. I had my two littles spend the night and they’re off playing with my son in another room. It’s busy, but joyful!

  5. I have yet to make a macaroni salad, other than the tuna pasta salad that my mother always made when I was growing up. Love the sound of the chopped eggs in this one, Debbie! Hope you had a great weekend with Xavier and at camp :)
