Welcome!
When I am hosting an impromptu get together, I pull from my MacKenzie-Childs collection. Most of the pieces I use for entertaining have been used over and over, and are from the Barn Sale. Friends and family always enjoy it. It's hard to see, but "Miss Aurora" is hanging on my left wrist.
At the end of July, a group of girlfriends went to the sunflower farm and enjoyed the wide open spaces and great conversation. The tote carried snacks of course.
In August we walked along the historic carriage roads built by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. in the 1900's. I have to say Acadia National Park (even though it's super touristy) is magical. It's beautiful and great for families. Whether it's hiking or riding the carriage trails, it's incredible.
While having lunch at the Asticou Inn in Maine, my tote found some competition. Chess pieces that were taller than the tote!

Alright Thuya and Asticou gardens (in Maine), we get it...you're gorgeous.
After spending four days in Acadia National Park, we headed south to Ogunquit, ME for two days. On our way, we visited Snug Harbor Farm which was one of the nicest garden centers I have been to recently. The owners made it special.
Thank you for all the birthday wishes and cards! Summer birthdays are always fun for me. If you're going to hike, hike with passion!
