Tradition!♥
ReplyDeleteMy sister makes this and brings it to our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Everyone loves it and it's tradition here. LOL, a must have! Happy weekend....
ReplyDeleteSounds perfect!
ReplyDeleteThat is very close to my recipe, but a whole stick of butter and evaporated milk (the Southern way, lol!). We call it heart attack in a pan. 🤣 It's more like dessert!
ReplyDeleteThis recipe is how they make it in New Orleans, but with more butter. In Alabama it's all about the marshmallow topping! This recipe sounds yummy, and I'm pinning it for Christmas because Shanley Belle loves sweet potato casserole and pecans.
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious Debbie. Southern style is my favorite.
