I was short on time so I fell back on a meal I wanted to try at least once Baked Feta Pasta Recipe. I'm sure all the hype is due to the fact that it only has a few ingredients...grape tomatoes, a block of feta cheese, olive oil, white wine (optional) amd pasta. And then you garnish it with fresh basil which I did not have. Have you tried this? Joe tolerated it, and I thought it was fine for an evening when you want something quick so you can get outdoors and work in the garden :-)
Mash it up, and serve over the pasta.

Summit of Rocky Peak Ridge

We are Adirondack 46ers, which is an organization of hikers who have climbed all forty-six of the traditionally recognized High Peaks of the Adirondack Mountains. We are referred to as 46ers. We completed the 46 peaks on August 26, 2000. Click our picture for more information.

ReplyDeleteI wasn't sure it was worth all the hype but I think I'll wait to try it with my homegrown cherry tomatoes in the summer. I like the idea of using it as an without the pasta too.
