Thanksgiving Favorite: Sweet Potatoes with an Oatmeal Cookie Crumble

I happily discovered a delicious blog last October, and made the sweet potatoes with an oatmeal cookie crumble for our Thanksgiving dinner. I always serve a sweet potato dish, and none have compared to the Cinnamon Sugar Hasselback Sweet Potatoes with an oatmeal cookie crumble. They are amazing!!!!
