ReplyDeleteDebbie,
ReplyDeleteThe sweet potatoes look so good with the oatmeal cookie crumble on top. For Thanksgiving, I usually make my sweet potatoes with a bit of marshmallows on top. Nel is cooking the dinner at her house this year for the first time as a married lady. I'm anxious to see her table.
Have a good week ahead.

Oh, I just love your new Header with the snowflakes and the snow falling. It reminds me of Christmas, which is my favorite holiday of all.

Sure sounds like a pretty way to serve sweet potatoes:@)
ReplyDeleteI am going to make these for sure, dear friend. My son will go crazy over them, and I know that I will, too. Your guests must go away with wonderful memories after your Thanksgiving meal. xo
ReplyDeleteThis would be a favorite in my house too! Looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteOoh Debbie, these look so good! Love the whoopie pies...I hope I can cook soon in our new kitchen. xo Linda
ReplyDeletethe sweet potato LOOKS good!
ReplyDeleteThese look so tasty! I actually use a similar "crunch" on top of my sweet potato casserole - but it doesn't look as pretty as it does on the sliced potato! And I make regular baked potatoes sliced like this sometimes, drizzling seasoned oil and herbs in the slices!
ReplyDeleteYour new headers is fabulous! I feel like I am looking out the frosty window!!
ReplyDeleteI could just eat that topping by the spoonful. What a way to dress up a sweet potato!
My family doesn't care for sweet potatoes, but I love them and think I will make your version just for me. Your header is beautiful, Debbie.
ReplyDeleteI'm in! What could be better than a sweet potato with a side of cookie! Thank you!
